In 2020 we established our own Charitable Foundation called Rebuild With Hope Foundation. The Foundation is a UK Registered Charity Nr. 1193007.
The Foundation will focus on work outside prisons, building on the positive impact of the work we do inside prisons as Remade With Hope
Given the likely impact of the Pandemic on employment it is now more important than ever to continue to support our ex-offenders through the gate as they re-enter society.
They will no doubt be the least likely to be considered for employment in a crowded market.
We aim to provide wraparound support to our prison leavers assisiting them in finding employment and accomodation two of the key drivers in reducing re-offending.
We are currently working on funding projects to establish our own warehouse and logistics training academy as well as our own retail academy.
We will offer safe and positive, living wage employment to men and women ex-offenders as a stepping stone upon release into longer term, suitable employment suited to each individual's skills and geographic location.
Through our collaboration with Cidon Construction we will be able to expand the employment opportunities in the construction industry.
Cidon are a forward thinking business and a fine example of giving ex-offenders a new opportunity to rebuild their lives through employment on construction sites primarily in the North West but also potentially all over the UK.
We have succesfully placed 13 of our Remade With Hope prison leavers with Cidon in the last 18 months
